Flat Rate: $6.99 for all orders.

3. Delivery Timeline

We take extra care in preparing your order to ensure the bag’s structure and hardware are protected.

Handling Time: 1–2 Business Days

(Includes hardware quality inspection, shape preservation padding, and protective dust bag packaging).
Transit Time: 3–7 Business Days

(Nationwide delivery).
Total Estimated Delivery: 4–9 business days.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Address Accuracy: We cannot refund orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Damaged Items: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of any defects or transit-related damage.
Lost Packages: We will issue a replacement or a full refund if a carrier officially confirms that a package is lost.
