Returns & Refunds

What is your return window? Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Are returns free? To keep our prices competitive, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping labels unless the item is confirmed as defective. We do not charge any restocking fees.

When will I receive my refund? Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your returned bag. The credit will be issued to your original payment method.

What if my handbag arrives damaged? We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives with defects (e.g., broken zippers or torn lining), please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will ship a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately.

Shipping & Orders

How long does shipping take? Total estimated delivery is 4–9 business days (1–2 days handling + 3–7 days transit).

Can I change my shipping address? Please contact us within 12 hours of ordering. Once our system begins processing your shipment, we cannot guarantee address modifications.

Do you ship internationally? Currently, we ship within the United States only, including all 50 states and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Product & Care

Will the colors match what I see on screen? We strive for accuracy, but material colors and leather textures may vary slightly due to monitor calibration and professional studio lighting.

How should I care for my handbag? To maintain the shape and finish, avoid overfilling your bag and keep it away from direct sunlight or moisture for extended periods. We recommend storing it in the provided dust bag and using a specialized leather/fabric cleaner for any spills.
