At Lianalshop, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below for returns and refunds regarding our handbag collections.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • Return Window: Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

  • Item Condition: Handbags must be in original, unworn, and unused condition, including all original tags, internal stuffing (to maintain shape), and protective dust bags.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number is required for all requests.

2. Returns & Exchanges

If you wish to return an item for a refund or exchange:

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping labels, unless the item is confirmed as defective.

  • Exchanges: We offer one-time free reshipment for size or color exchanges once the original item is received and inspected.

  • Condition Check: All returns are subject to inspection. Items that show signs of wear or are missing original packaging may be denied a refund.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your bag arrives with defects (such as broken zippers, torn lining, or hardware damage), please contact us within 7 days. We will provide a replacement or full refund including any original shipping costs. Photo evidence of the damage is required to process your claim.

4. Refund Process

  • Timeline: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5 business days.

  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note that your financial institution may take additional time to post the transaction to your account.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Final sale and Clearance items.

  • Gift Cards.

  • Custom-made or Personalized handbags (unless defective).
